Paypal
In the case of using the payment method with PayPal, the Customer can pay for the order directly through their verified PayPal account. The company informs that only payments made and from verified accounts will be accepted and reserves the right to ship the Products object of the Customer's order to the address indicated on the verified PayPal account.
Payments for product orders from unverified PayPal accounts will be canceled and, consequently, not processed by the company.
Credit Card
At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details in a secure electronic banking system with encrypted SSL security. Purchases can be made via MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, Discover.
Credit Card Security:
All transactions are processed through a secure server, ensuring maximum data protection. The Customer Service operators are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and / or details of validity of the same. In order to guarantee greater protection on purchases made in the e-commerce sector, we recommend joining the Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, requesting a PIN security code with which to make your purchases in complete safety.
Cash on Delivery (Only in Italy)
The company offers the possibility to choose cash on delivery as a payment method.
There are fixed costs of: € 7.99
Payment is made in cash on delivery (the courier does not accept checks and does not give change). The service is available only for Italy. Please check if the chosen shipping location is covered by the service by filling in the part relating to the shipping data of your cart.
In the event that the shipment of an order placed with cash on delivery is not successful for reasons attributable to the customer, the company reserves the right not to process any other order with the same payment method. The customer who chooses cash on delivery as a payment method must have a postal or bank account for a possible refund in the event of a return.
Bank Transfer
In case of payment of the products by bank transfer, the company's bank details will be indicated in the Customer's order confirmation sent by email from the company. In this case, the products covered by the Customer's order will be set aside pending accreditation on the company's current account of the corresponding amounts.
The Customer will in any case be required to send the company within 4 days of receiving the order confirmation by email - a copy of the bank transfer order made in favor of the latter. Failing to receive, within the aforementioned 4-day period, a copy of the bank transfer, the company will cancel the Customer's order.
The shipment of the Customer's order will be carried out once the company has received the actual credit on its current account of the amounts corresponding to the order itself.
