Pretoria boutique wants the customer to be satisfied. Therefore, if there are problems with the order, the customer can return one or more purchased items within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order and request either a refund or a size change.

All products purchased on are equipped with an identification tag. We therefore invite the customer to try the product without removing the tag so that it can be returned intact.

Pretoria boutique reserves the right to refuse unauthorized, late or damaged returns.

For products purchased on, the return is the responsibility of the customer by taking care of the shipping, communicating it via email to and waiting for acceptance of the return.

Pretoria boutique will refund the price paid by the Customer corresponding to the value of the Product(s) purchased, but not the shipping costs.

• ensure that the products are in the same conditions in which they were received complete with identification tag and packaging;

• forward a return request via email to by entering the order number, carefully specifying what you wish to return (item code) and the reason;

• if a size change is requested, the shipping label will be the responsibility of the BRT courier;

• Pretoria boutique will contact the courier directly for collection, communicating the customer's address and contact details.


The refund takes place after receipt of the return by our warehouse and after relevant checks. Verification of product integrity may take up to 5 working days.

The refund times are:

• for purchases by credit card within 5 working days from warehouse confirmation. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your institution;

• for cash on delivery purchases, the refund is made to the current account indicated by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of stock confirmation. The refunded amount will be visible on your account statement in a few days;

• for purchases with Afterpay the refund is made to the credit card associated with the customer's Afterpay account. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of stock confirmation.

• the Products must be accompanied by the receipt and the withdrawal notice already sent indicating the Order number, the Customer's name, surname and address;

• the Products must be returned correctly packaged in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged or dirty and equipped with all accessories;

• the Products must not show obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with a normal test of the item (they must not be dirty or bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state not to allow resale).

The withdrawal may also be applied limited to individual Products forming the subject of a single purchase contract, without prejudice to the fact that the withdrawal applies to the Product in its entirety and that is, the Customer will not be able to exercise the withdrawal limited to a part of the single Product purchased.

The only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code), are the direct costs of returning the Product(s) to Pretoria boutique including any customs fees.

If the returned Product is damaged during transport, Pretoria boutique will only be required to notify the Customer of the incident in order to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen, against whom (and/or the relevant company insurance) to claim.
