Returns for Italy:

Reimbursement At the customer's expense

How to return:

  • 1) Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with the tags still attached and the receipt inside the package;
  • 2) Send a refund request to info@pretoriaboutique.it ;
  • 3) Package your items securely, using the original packaging if possible;
  • 4) Please include the following shipping address on the package:

    Via del Gallitello 145/149, 85100 Potenza - Italy ;
  • 5) Go to a courier and send your package. Please note that we do not accept shipments with charges paid by the recipient or cash on delivery.
  • 6) As soon as the goods arrive in the store, we will check that the items are in the same original condition and will process the refund.

Refunds will be issued after the merchandise has been received, inspected, and accepted.
The customer will be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs.
For orders paid by credit card, the refund will be available in approximately 5 days.
For payments made via PayPal, the amount will be refunded to the original account.
For cash on delivery, you will need to provide us with your IBAN so we can make a bank transfer to you.

*Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In the case of a return for a refund, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
In the case of a return, all customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
