How to change size, color, or item:

• 1) Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with the tags still attached and the receipt inside the package;
• 2) Submit a request for authorization to info@pretoriaboutique.it ;
• 3) Specify the name and quantity of the items you wish to exchange, the type of exchange (size, color, item), and the collection address (subject to availability on the website);
• 4) Upon approval, we'll send a courier to collect the package from the address you provided. The courier will then affix the label to the package.
• 5) As soon as the goods arrive in the store, we will check that the items are in the same initial condition and will deliver the new items.

How to get a refund:

• 1) Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with the tags still attached and the receipt inside the package;

• 3) Package your items securely, using the original packaging if possible;
• 4) Please include the following shipping address on the package:

• 5) Go to a courier and send your package. Please note that we do not accept shipments with charges paid by the recipient or cash on delivery.
• 6) As soon as the goods arrive in the store, we will check that the items are in the same original condition and will process the refund.

Refunds will be issued after receipt, inspection, and acceptance of the goods.
The customer will be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in approximately 5 days.
In case of payment via PayPal, the amount will be refunded to the original account.
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you will need to provide us with your IBAN so we can make a bank transfer to you.
