Returns
Pretoria boutique wants the customer to be satisfied. So if there are any problems with the order, the customer within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order can return one or more items purchased and request either a refund or a size change.
All products purchased on pretoriaboutique.it are provided with an identification tag. We therefore invite the customer to try the product without removing the tag in order to be able to return it intact.
Pretoria boutique reserves the right to refuse unauthorized, late-shipped or damaged returns.
For products purchased on pretoriaboutique.it, the return is the responsibility of the customer, who will take care of the shipping, communicating it via email to info@pretoriaboutique.it and waiting for the acceptance of the return.
Once the return request has been accepted, the customer must send the item to the boutique within and no later than 7 days . Otherwise it will be returned to the sender.
Pretoria boutique will refund the price paid by the Customer corresponding to the value of the product(s) purchased, but not the shipping costs.

RETURN IN FOUR STEPS
• ensure that the products are in the same condition in which they were received, complete with identification tag and packaging;
• send a return request via email to info@pretoriaboutique.it, entering the order number and carefully specifying what you wish to return (item code) and the reason;
• if a size change is requested, the shipping label will be taken care of by the BRT courier;
• Pretoria boutique will directly contact the courier for collection, communicating the customer's address and contact details.
REFUND METHODS AND TIMES
The refund occurs after receiving the return from our warehouse and after the relevant checks. Verification of the integrity of the product can take up to 5 working days.
The refund times are:
• for purchases by credit card within 5 working days from the confirmation of the warehouse. The time for the refund to appear on the account may vary depending on your institution;
• for purchases made in cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the current account indicated by the customer. Refunds will be made within 7 working days of warehouse confirmation. The refunded amount will be visible on the bank statement within a few days;
• for purchases with Scalapay the refund will be made on the credit card associated with the customer's Scalapay account. Refunds will be made within 7 working days of warehouse confirmation.
• the Products must be accompanied by the receipt and the withdrawal notice already sent with the indication of the Order number, the name, surname and address of the Customer;
• the Products must be returned correctly packaged in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged or soiled and equipped with all possible accessories;
• the Products must not show obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with a normal test of the item (they must not be dirty or show signs of prolonged use or in any case use exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a condition as to not allow their resale).
The withdrawal may also be applied to individual Products forming the object of a single purchase contract, it being understood that the withdrawal applies to the Product in its entirety and that is, the Customer may not exercise the withdrawal limited to a part of the individual Product purchased.
The only costs due by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code), are the direct costs of returning the Product/Products to Pretoria boutique including any customs charges.
If the returned Product is damaged during transport, Pretoria boutique will only be required to inform the Customer of the incident in order to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him, against whom (and/or the relevant insurance company) he will have recourse.
